At Loreto, we are very lucky to have access to full sized lockers for our belongings… 

But which is the best locker location?


Kuring-gai canteen lockers:

Pros

Cons 

  • Getting canteen food fast

  • Close to the gate

  • Crowded at lunch

  • Bottom locker gets trampled

  • Always in the sun

Kendall dungeon lockers:

Pros

Cons 

  • Private space

  • Lots of top lockers

  • Close to some classes

  • Close to the bathrooms

  • Smells from the bathrooms

  • Bottom lockers get trampled

  • At least one person a year sets the alarm off on the door

Mulhall breezeway lockers:

Pros

Cons 

  • Lots of room

  • Close to classrooms

  • Close to bathrooms

  • Lots of top lockers

  • Wind makes it cold

  • Bottom lockers

Aston lockers on library balcony:

Pros

Cons 

  • Lots of room

  • No one on top or below you

  • Not crowded

  • Close to the exit

  • No top lockers

  • Disconnected from other Aston lockers

  • Up the stairs

Maye lockers:

Pros

Cons 

  • Top lockers

  • All together

  • Close to house room

  • Close to the exit

  • Gets crowded

  • Bottom locker gets trampled


Kendall quad lockers:

Pros

Cons 

  • Single lockers

  • Plenty of room

  • Close to everything

  • Easy to get to

  • The lockers get really hot

  • You get hit by rain

  • People sit in front of your lockers (awkward to ask them to move)


Barry lockers:

Pros

Cons 

  • Double lockers

  • Inside area

  • Close to classrooms

  • Gets crowded

  • The bell is deafening 

  • Bottom lockers squashed

  • Hard to move around 

Mornane and Ward corridor lockers:

Pros

Cons 

  • Top lockers available

  • Close to classrooms

  • Inside area 

  • A door to keep the corridor secure 

  • Close to bathrooms

  • Gets very crowded

  • Bottom locker trampled

  • Have to walk up stairs to get to it

  • May miss your train from waiting to get to your locker…
